Casino Royale is organized and implemented by volunteer committee members plus the Office of Institutional Advancement. Below are ways you can help make Casino Royale a success and raise funds for your co-curricular program at the same time:

Live and Silent Auction Item or Service
Each co-curricular program is expected to donate at least one silent auction basket per 15-20 team or club members to Casino Royale. Ask people you know best: friends, family, or businesses. If you already have a good relationship with someone, don’t hesitate to ask, they probably want to help you and your program. When soliciting to businesses, please use the approved DeSales letter from the office of Institutional Advancement plus the donation form. All baskets/items are to be turned into the office of Institutional Advancement with a donation form for each auction basket or individual item donated for the event. There are three incentive turn-in dates for live or silent auction items for Casino Royale: February 10th, February 24th, March 10th, and March 24th. For each basket/item turned-in or before the announced date, co-curricular programs will be put in a drawing for a $250 grant. The donation form can be found below or contact the Institutional Advancement department. For businesses or individuals to receive a tax benefit from the donation, you will need to include the information on the donation form. The IA department will send out the appropriate tax letter to the business or individual.

Each co-curricular program will receive 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of live and silent auction items which were procured by that co-curricular program.
