St. Francis DeSales Gymnasium
Ticket includes tasting of the finest wines from multiple wine distributers plus local breweries and an Italian feast catered by Carfagnas! The wine being tasted throughout the evening will be available to purchase and take home at the event.
While sampling premium wines and craft beers, you can participate in the silent and live auction plus the "Reverse Raffle" for a chance to $1,000 plus other interval drawings to win fabulous prizes. Proceeds from this event provide financial support for SFDHS co-curricular programs including athletics, band drama, and over 30 scholastic and interest-based clubs.

6:30pm Doors open, Wine and Micro Brewery Sample Tasting, and Silent Auction Bidding Begins
7:30pm Prayer and Welcome
8:00pm Reverse Raffle Begins

How much are tickets and what does a ticket include?
Tickets are $40 each. Reserve a table for six by sponsoring a Premier Wine Table Sponsor. Tickets will not be sold at the event. Tickets can be purchased online or by mailing your reservation and check to St. Francis DeSales High School, 4212 Karl Road, Columbus, OH 43224.

Why is Friends in the Courtyard important?
Proceeds from this event provide financial support for St. Francis DeSales High School co-curricular programs including athletics, band, drama, and over 30 scholastic and interest-based clubs.
Friends in the Courtyard is organized and implemented by volunteer committee members plus the Office of Institutional Advancement. Below are ways you can help make Friends in the Courtyard a success and raise funds for your co-curricular program at the same time:
Silent Auction Item or Service
Each co-curricular program is expected to donate at least one silent auction basket per 15-20 team or club members. Ask people you know best: friends, family, or businesses. If you already have a good relationship with someone, don’t hesitate to ask, they probably want to help you and your program. When soliciting to businesses, please use the approved DeSales letter from the office of Institutional Advancement plus the donation form (see below for forms). All baskets/items are to be turned into the office of Institutional Advancement with a donation form for each auction basket or individual item donated for the event. There are three incentive turn-in dates for silent auction items for Friends in the Courtyard: August 30, September 8, and September 22. For each basket/item turned-in on or before the announced date, co-curricular programs will be put in a drawing for a $250 grant. For businesses or individuals to receive a tax benefit from the donation, you will need to include the information on the donation form. The IA department will send out the appropriate tax letter to the business or individual.
Each co-curricular program will receive 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of silent auction items which were procured by that co-curricular program.
