This club focuses on educating the community about autism.  Members participate in volunteer opportunities assisting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.

Corral for the Kids is a service club that works with OSU’s BuckeyeThon, the largest student-run philanthropy in Ohio. In this club, students help plan, organize, and lead events to raise both money and awareness for pediatric cancer. All donations raised go to the Oncology, Hematology, Bone Marrow Transplant Department of Nationwide Children's Hospital.

The Environmental Club fosters the Catholic social teaching of Care for Creation. By being stewards of the Earth, students learn about and respect its resources and systems, and are guided by concern for the welfare of others. The club promotes recycling within the community and hosts nature hikes and clean up projects. The clubs has formed a partnership with Teen Eco Summit at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, and have plans for a Diocesan-wide Eco Summit for Spring 2019.

his Evangelization Team is made up of 40 sophomores, juniors, and seniors chosen to lead retreats, prayer services, and partake in other opportunities to evangelize.  The application process opens in the spring.

Fraternitas (Latin for "Brotherhood") is a club for young men at DeSales that seeks to build Christian masculinity through lives of virtue. Young men gather weekly for prayer, donuts, and discussion and are challenged to perform feats of strength, intellectual prowess, and heroic virtue. Some of these include root beer tasting, basic carpentry, and debating the merits of Nietzsche's metaphysical worldview (or lack thereof).

The mission of the Go Red for Women Club is to improve the health of women in our community. The club works to build awareness of heart disease and stroke and to encourage healthy lifestyle choices in all students and families.

Liturgical Ministers help with Mass at SFDHS as Altar Servers, Lectors, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Gift Bearers and Candle Bearers.  We accept currently trained students and offer training opportunities.

This is a service club where members can enjoy time with friends while baking treats for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House at Columbus' Nationwide Children's Hospital.  Baking sessions are held once a month after school in the Family and Consumer Science classroom.

This is a service club that supports the Run the Race Club founded through the Brian Muha Foundation. Students have an opportunity to volunteer at the Run the Race Center to work with inner city children. There are many projects that are student created and run, such as dinners, birthday bags, festival games, fundraisers, hosting the children at events at SFDHS, and the club ends the year with a house makeover for a family.

The DeSales St. Vincent de Paul Club is the first youth service organization of its kind in the Diocese of Columbus.  Established in 1998 through the efforts of the St. Vincent DePaul Adult Conference of St. James,  the club’s emphasis is on service and advocacy to and for the poor, both locally and globally. Service projects are developed by officers and members of the club.

Stallions for Life is a service club dedicated to spreading the pro-life mentality that “Every Life is Sacred from Conception to Natural Death.” This student led group is open to all and is focused on living out the pro-life message in our school and in our world. This is a faith based club that promotes service as well as fellowship.

Stallions for Wellness promotes an environment of support and activity for all students to commit to a drug and alcohol free life, as well as overall wellness.  This club provides opportunities for fellowship, service, and fun in a way that upholds Christian values.
