Ann M. Shover, 68, of Somerset, formerly of Columbus, died at 10:59 a.m. on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Genesis-Good Samaritan Medical Center. 
Ann was born May 29, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Richard and Virginia Pursley Davis. 
She was a graduate of Columbus DeSales High School, then received her Bachelor of Education from Ohio Dominican College. She was a former teacher at Holy Trinity Catholic School in Somerset, and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was also a member of Ohio Right to Life, and former president, organizer and initiator of the Perry County Birthright Organization. 
Ann is survived by her husband of 40 years, James G. Shover of the home; four sons, James Douglas Shover, Paul Richard Shover, Jeremiah Frances Shover and Daniel Abraham Shover; five grandchildren; one sister and two brothers. 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son. 
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2015 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father Stephen Carmody as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
